Why not just use Zapier?
+Zapier is fantastic for simple, low-volume workflows. For higher volume, complex logic, or business-critical paths, you'll hit performance and reliability ceilings quickly. We use Zapier where it earns it, n8n / Make.com for mid-complexity, and custom code where it doesn't.
What if the API I need doesn't exist?
+Legacy systems often don't have APIs. We use a mix: file-based sync (SFTP, S3), email parsing, RPA where unavoidable, browser automation as a last resort. We'll tell you upfront if your system is a hard one.
How do you handle data quality?
+Validation rules on every sync. AI-assisted data cleaning where useful. Reconciliation reports run nightly. Bad data gets quarantined, not propagated.
