How is this different from Zapier?
+Zapier is a tool. Workflow automation is a system designed around your business. We use Zapier (and n8n, and Make, and custom code) where each fits — most engagements use a mix.
What if my tools don't have an API?
+Most do. For the ~5% that don't, we use email parsing, web scraping, or RPA depending on the case. We'll tell you upfront if your stack is the rare one that's actually a problem.
Will you replace any of my software?
+Almost never. We layer automation on top of what you have. The few times we recommend swapping a tool, it's because the existing one is actively blocking automation — and we'll tell you why before you spend a dollar with us.
